Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an offsite revisit completed November 8, 2023, At Home Nursing and Therapy Services Llc had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed August 25, 2023.

The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state license survey completed August 25, 2023.
